These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the course offers and any agreement for the provision of services concluded by In The Mix, Boulevard des Invalides 183 / 10, in Auderghem 1160, Brussels.
The client declares having read and agreed these general conditions and accepts all the clauses at the moment of enrolment.
The word 'course' in the text below refers to all the lessons, activities and sessions provided by In The Mix.
- Price and discount
2.1 Price
The prices mentioned on the website www.inthemix.brussels or offered by email through info@inthemix.brussels at the time of enrolment, will be applied.
The prices exclude VAT. VAT is at this moment not applicable for In The Mix.
In The Mix reserves the right to modify the website and brochure prices as well as general terms and sales conditions without prior notice.
2.2 Discount
When enrolling for a second course through our website or enrolling somebody new at In The Mix, you will get a discount of -10% on your next lesson. The discount request has to be sent by email to info@inthemix.brussels. A confirmation will be sent to you with a voucher for your next course.
* Discounts cannot be accumulated with other discounts or promotions.
2.3 Promotion
Take advantage of our temporary promotions by consulting our website or our social networks. The following conditions are applied to the promotions:

3. Enrolment
3.1 General information
The enrolment, request of offer or question can be made through our website www.inthemix.brussels or by e-mail info@inthemix.brussels.
After acceptance of the offer by the client, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation with detailed practical information on the chosen course and payment of it. Once that confirmation e-mail has been received, the reservation will be official and the enrolments will be considered firm and definitive; even when no or only partial payment has yet been made. After that, cancellation procedure applies according to paragraph 5.
At the enrolment time through e-mail, the client accepts to provide the strict necessary and correct information needed for the smooth development of the course.
If the desired course is not available, our team will propose you other options taking into consideration your criteria and our possibilities.
3.2 Tax certification
For fully paid courses, a certificate for tax purposes can be sent by e-mail at the end of the course after request. This certificate must be attached to your annual tax return in order to obtain a tax deduction. Please keep it carefully. No duplicate will be issued.
3.3 Health insurance form
In order to benefit from the advantages of your health insurance company, please send us your form by e-mail or by post. We will send it back to you at the end of the course, after the reception of the full payment.
- Payment
4.1 Payment period
The payment for the course is due immediately at the reception of the confirmation email sent by In The Mix.
For introductory lessons or activities of one session:
- At the reception of the confirmation e-mail full payment is due.
For courses of less than 10 sessions:
- At the reception of the confirmation e-mail a down payment of half the total amount is due.
- The balance is due before the start of the course.
For courses of more than 10 sessions:
- At the reception of the confirmation e-mail a down payment of €250 is due.
- A down payment of half the total amount is due before the start of the course.
- The balance is due at the start of the second half of the course.
In The Mix doesn’t confirm any payment reception. Your account statements serve as proof of payment.
4.2 Methods of payment
Payments are made by bank transfer.
Bank transfers are to be made to the following bank account:
- IBAN: BE46 0019 5589 2236 - BIC : GKCCBEBB
- In The Mix - Boulevard des Invalides 183 / 10 - 1160 Auderghem
- With the following information: Your full contact details and, if applicable, the ones from your enrolled child, and the dates and name of the chosen course.
No confirmation of payment reception is sent. Your account statements serve as proof of payment.
4.3 Invoice request
Please provide In The Mix with the necessary information for the requested invoice: First and last name, Company name and address, VAT number.
For any invoice in the name of a company, in the absence of payment within 20 working days after the invoice has been issued, you are personally responsible for the payment of the activities.
4.4 Payment reminder
Every payment reminder will be increased by the following administrative fees:
- fixed indemnity of €50.
- + interest on arrears of 1% per week, i.e. 50% per year.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by e-mail or in written form and take effect on the day on which the confirmation of cancellation was made.
5.1 Cancellation
Cancellation for medical reasons
Refund for not attended days is applied only and strictly under presentation of a medical certificate.
Cancellation for personal reasons
Administrative fees:
- more than 20 working days (Monday-Friday) before the beginning of the course: €0.
- from 20 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday) before the beginning of the course: €100.
- less than 5 working days (Monday-Friday) before the beginning of the course: €250.
- for any ongoing lessons already fully or partially paid: refund by In The Mix of the difference between the amount paid by the client and the sum comprising the fixed compensation of 250€ (the same amount as for the administrative fees of less than 5 working days) + the calculation of the sessions fees from the date of the first lesson up to the date of the cancellation request issued by the client.
- for any ongoing unpaid lessons: the client has to proceed to the immediate payment including: the fixed compensation of 250€ (the same amount as for the administrative fees of less than 5 working days) + the calculation of the fees for the sessions from the first date of the lessons until the date of the cancellation request issued by the client.
5.2 Cancellation by In The Mix
In The Mix reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient number of participants, 6 per group; for holiday camps 9.
We will always propose different alternatives to the initial request but if no other proposal is suitable, you will receive a full refund.
In The Mix reserves the right to cancel all sessions due to force majeure of type, health crisis, wars and natural disasters, as well as health problems of our teachers.
- Refund
Requests must be made by e-mail or by registered letter, and take effect on the date of issue of the request.
The refund will be made according to the general conditions in paragraph 5 (here above) and only if the payment has been fully or partially executed before the request for cancellation.
In the case of total or partial refund on a foreign bank account, in agreement with the general conditions of paragraph 5 of this document, any bank transaction fees applicable will be fully charged to the client.
In case of non-payment of the course before the cancellation request, administrative fees will be charged to the client according to the general conditions of paragraph 5.
- Complaint
Any customer complaint has to be sent through our website, by e-mail or registered letter and issued as soon as possible during the course period. For a good management of the complaint, the information should be detailed and accurate.
We will process your complaint within 24 hours, during working days (Monday to Friday), if the complaint is made during the ongoing course. Our team will do their best to bring a satisfactory solution.
If the complaint cannot be made during the ongoing activity, submit it urgently in writing within 5 working days after the end of the course. Our customer service will deal with it at the shortest possible delay.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policy
8.1 Purpose of data
We record your personal data in order to be able to ensure the administrative, financial and operational follow-up of your enrolment to our activities.
8.2 Disclosure of the personal data to third parties
The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties.
They are communicated only within the framework of the course to our teachers & partners from In The Mix of the activities chosen by the participant.
- Respect and ethics
9.1 General information
For the well-being of all participants, teachers, coaches and the smooth running of the course in a respectful and pleasant atmosphere, we ask each participant to behave respectfully towards everyone.
9.2 Respect for the equipment
Any damage to the equipment caused by the participant or to the premises made available by In The Mix in the context of the various courses will be fully paid for by the negligent person.
9.3 Exclusion of a participant
In The Mix reserves the right to exclude a participant, if it appears that his or her behaviour is detrimental to the smooth running of the course or the well-being of the group, or if the participant does not respect the general conditions.
Explanations will be provided to parents when dealing with minors about the reason of exclusion and behaviour.
No refund of the followed course will be made in case of exclusion.
The eventual costs of returning the participant will be charged to the client.
- Responsibility
In The Mix is committed to provide all the necessary means to achieve the learning goals of each participant during his or her training. However, the participant alone is responsible for his or her motivation and results at the end of the course.
- Photos, videos, testimonials
We take photos and make videos during the courses that we organise. This material can be used for commercial purposes on our various promotional media (our website, social networks and brochures).
Please notify the teacher or the person in charge of the course through e-mail if you do not wish for you or for you child to appear in pictures or videos.
Without such prior notice, complaints regarding the use of photos and videos as promotional material will not be accepted.
